Eliot Lewis- CANCELED!!!
A singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Eliot Lewis has toured the world over as a member of the Daryl Hall & John Oates band, as well as a former member of The Average White Band. Eliot has also been the only musician to appear on every episode of Daryl Hall’s popular, “Live From Daryl’s House” show all while keeping his own solo career going at a seemingly impossible pace. Over the course of his career he has worked with the music business’ elite including, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Joe Walsh, Sammy Hagar, Todd Rundgren,Train, Cheap Trick, Grace Potter, Squeeze, Rob Thomas, Jason Mraz, Darius Rucker, Gavin DeGraw and many, many others. Having mastered four instruments over the course of his career; guitar, keyboard, bass and drums, Eliot’s shows will find him moving from one instrument to another. Equally at home in front of 100 or 15,000, Eliot has performed on the worlds most legendary stages, including Madison Square Garden, Japan’s Budokan, Red Rocks, The Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall as well as Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Conan O’Brien, The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live and many others. Eliot has carved out his own distinctive musical brand and sonic landscape and has written, performed and produced ten solo releases. There are many who shaped Eliot’s music and writing. As a guitar player, definitely Jeff Beck who I’ve been listening to all my life, as well as Billy Gibbons who I had the great fortune of working with recently, and Peter Frampton who I actually jammed with when I was 14 yrs old. I had the amazing experience of meeting and seeing many influential artists when I was a kid mainly at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Jason Damico

Damico’s “amalgamation” writing style, high energy, deep, powerful, baritone vocals in the vein of Jim Morrison (The Doors), Peter Steele (Type O Negative), and Johnny Cash, blended with blistering guitar riffs in the styles of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Zakk Wylde, and Jimi Hendrix, results in an undeniably, soulful swagger of a satisfyingly “new blue” sound.
Kill The Buddha and Kit McKay

Kill the Buddha is an indie folk rock band led by vocalist/guitarist Lenwood Edwards Jr. The sound is progressive, weaving odd time signatures, polyrhythms, and obscured glimpses of personal reflections into what we like to call songs. Lenwood desperately clings to melodies while inviting listeners to get lost in drones and delay. He is joined by Emily Clancy (bass), Greer Gehrken (shruti box, vocals), Daniel Sheffield (drums), and Gabi Walden (guitar). The band is based in Greensboro, NC.On his debut album, “The Holy Goat”, Kit McKay sings about everything from heartbreaks to hangovers backed by a heavy-hitting band of veteran musicians. The songs address internal and external forces that are common between everyone and suggest coping with a sardonic smile. His favorite words are “one more round.”

Abigail Dowd’s Singer/Songwriter Series Featuring Drew Foust, Stephen Murray, and Tyler Nail

DREW FOUST – A natural soul singer and blues musician, Drew Foust’s music sounds like it’s made between the bleary hours of a rock bar’s last call and a southern preacher’s early morning prayer. Hand made, self-made and arranged in dramatic structure, the music is lyrical and rhythm driven, always pushing a feeling forward. His latest release, “Good Thing,” is inspired by old school-southern soul music. STEPHEN MURRAY – Stephen Murray is a Canadian born Singer Songwriter. He formed the Greensboro based 7 piece rocknroll band Holy Ghost Tent Revival in 2007. He now resides in Southwest Virginia, performing and recording solo. His songs reflect his journey of love, loss, betrayal and recovery from addiction. American singer Tyler Nail is a compelling performer who combines the sounds of Country, Americana, and Folk music with ease. The North Carolina artist has established himself as a major player in the music business with his poetic lyrics and stellar vocals. Informed by the rich history of American roots music, Nail adds a genuine and unadulterated feel to his tunes. His ability to relate stories carries the audience to a place where longing, love, and sorrow are all intertwined. Nail possesses a unique capacity to establish a strong emotional connection with his audience.
