John Tomasevich, Ari Pappalardo, & Laura Jane Vincent
JOHN TOMASEVICHJohn Tomasevich is a singer/songwriter from Burlington, North Carolina. His music combines the angst of his punk rock heroes, Against Me! with the folk heartland rock sounds of his first musical love, John Mellencamp. LAURA JANE VINCENTLaura Jane Vincent is a performer, multi-instrumentalist, and singer-songwriter. She writes ballads of strength loss and triumph featuring stories of those who should know better but just simply can’t help themselves. Her latest album “All These Machines” released February 2020, is available everywhere you stream music. She is also the creator and curator of the twice annual music festival Glendonfest in Moore County, NC. Established in 2016, the event features 25+ regional and national touring acts over two days in the spring and fall. ARI PAPPALARDOPappalardo is Raleigh Born singer/songwriter. Few artists of the south bring such a fierce Rock n roll nature to everything they touch. Indy rock foundations, give way to hard edged hooks. Gritty lead vocals pierce the air waves when his music is played on local college radio (WKNC 88.1 and THE HILL 97.9) When it comes to chaotic energy meeting finessed lyrical shapes, accept no substitutes. Though tinges of jazz and electronic influences color his work, the embers of well-aged, Rock music smolder and spark through Pappalardo’s pop laced compositions. Writing since he was 16, he identifies wholeheartedly as a writer. Ari is the real deal as far as local performing artists go. He gets his sound from an eclectic mix of rock, pop, and jazz music. Tales of unrequited love, voodoo, and ghosting fill his song books. His hope is that showing vulnerability in his words, that the listener will be able to relate to the situations involved.

Super Yamba & Friends’ 7th Annual Holiday Dance Party
Super Yamba’s Holiday Dance Party w/ DJ Prez!Brooklyn’s Super Yamba Band comprises a unique blend of inspiration born of 70s/80s West-African Afrobeat and Psychedelic Funk, with a live energy that moves everyone in the room to dance. The band formed in 2014 and quickly made a name for themselves performing in clubs in Harlem and hosting their own DIY dance parties at a loft space in Brooklyn. In 2017 Super Yamba formed a collaboration with Afrobeat legend Leon Ligan-Majek better known as Kaleta. The longtime guitarist for Fela Kuti and King Sunny Ade hit it off right away with the members of Super Yamba after being struck by their compositions that were influenced by the music he grew up on in Benin and Nigeria. Kaleta & Super Yamba Band immediately started gigging around New York City and touring the United States before eventually releasing their debut LP titled Médaho in 2019 under the California indie label Ubiquity Records. Médaho received much acclaim including “Best Albums of Summer 2019” on Bandcamp and a sync license from ABC/Hulu for the show High Fidelity starring Zoe Kravitz. All the while, members of Super Yamba have honed their crafts performing with a diverse range of artists such as David Byrne, Rubblebucket, Yeasayer and Sinkane to name a few. They have worked with several other African vocalists including Osei Korankye and Ismael Kouyate. Another milestone for the band was their performance at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem in 2019.

With members originating from all over the Southern West Virginia region, the Thieves pull influences from musical genres spanning from classic rock to funk to bluegrass, wrapped up in a jam-band bow that promises a 100% original and mind-blowing live experience every time they perform. But jam-band isn’t even a box you can put the Thieves into, with heart-wrenching melodies, jaw-dropping harmonies, and songwriting capability far beyond their years, there is no way of knowing which direction they’ll go next, and no musical stone they’ll leave unturned.******************Coming of age in a hardworking, musical family, living in harmony with the land and the river, Will Easter’s passion for music may have been a given, but his talent and lyricism is what has him sharing the stage with acts like Jim Avett, David Childers, 49 Winchester, and Rhonda Vincent. Will’s album, Carolina Home, will take you on a journey from growing up to love lost and found, working hard while finding peace in the every day, always culminating on the winding road leading home.
