Their unbridled love for rock and roll shines through in their music. From the rhythmically complex guitars and soaring solos, powerful and gritty vocals, crushing drums, and bone shaking bass, you would be surprised to learn that The Steel Crows are an American band consisting of 3 members not even old enough to buy a drink. Like the first sip of a cold beer fresh from the tap, Chuck Mountain is a refreshing blend of blues, grunge, and Southern rock. The Greensboro-based band is on a mission to bring their passion for entertaining to breweries across North Carolina’s “Craft Beer Alley,” turning friends into drinking buddies along the way. Influenced by The Black Keys, Aerosmith, and Gary Clark Jr., Chuck Mountain’s hard-hitting trio will be sure to make you want to order another round. When We’re Sober is an indie-rock band based in Greensboro, NC. Currently playing live as a trio and recording as a quartet, When We’re Sober released , the first single off their debut album on March 1st 2024. The album is currently slated for a release in July 2024.

The Weasels are a 5 piece Rock and Roll band hailing from the Mountains of Appalachia in Boone, NC. In 2021 these five friends started crafting their sonic blend of rock music in a cinderblock garage. Drawing from influences that span across decades – from the heavy backbeats of the 1970s and energy of the 1980s hair metal legends, to the the riff based rock of the 1990s and 2000s, combined with unhinged live performances, The Weasels are set to make their mark as honest, true-to-form rock and rollers.
Doug Davis (full band) w/ Couldn’t Be Happiers
Doug Davis is another one of those middle-aged white guys with a Telecaster, making music on the indie/Americana/rootsy/singer-songwriter spectrum. Do we need another? Probably not. What Doug brings to the table, however, is a ridiculously deep pocket of songwriting experience and an impressive resume of working-band experience that’s helped him hone his stage show over the last few decades. He’s been a fixture on the southeastern regional scene for many years, as a producer, sideman, a leader of the Triad community project the Vagabond Saints’ Society, a founding member of club bands like The Breakfast Club and the Plaids, and as an all-around musical instigator. He’s also been known to moonlight as Fake Mick Jagger in Triangle-area Stones band, Beggars Banquet. But his heart lies in his original music. Doug also performs and writes with NC-based roots-rock band, Magnolia Green. Doug has also performed with Chris Stamey, Mitch Easter, Alejandro Escovedo, Robyn Hitchcock, Sally Spring, Mark Kano, Artie Lamonica (the Shirts), Jerry Chapman, and many others, and he’s opened for Cracker, The Smithereens, Tift Merritt, Smashmouth, Sister Hazel, and many others. His music has been featured in dozens of television shows and films, including “Saturday Night Live,” “Dateline,” “The Voice,” and “Last Call With Carson Daly.”
Pageant w/ Parallel Lives
Pageant is a blues-influenced, glam rock band, based in High Point, NC. With Roxxi Dirt on bass and vocals, Dylan Dynasty on drums, and Dezzy Foxx on guitar, Pageant strives to shine a new light on the classic sound of rock n’ roll. Their music is inspired by rock legends such as Motley Crue, Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith, and Cinderella, while also having a deep love for every genre of music. Pageant’s unique sound aspires to contribute to the new generation of rock and create a sound that is unique, yet familiar. They pride themselves on providing a listening experience that’s exciting, raw, and exhilarating. Pageant was formed online in 2020, during the peak of the pandemic. Like many other musicians during quarantine, they made use of time at home by writing songs over the phone. Recorded in a makeshift home studio, their first songs were written and released as demos on YouTube in September 2020. After lots of time, reformation, and dedication, they traveled to Durham, NC in late 2022 to record their first official album with producer Scotty Sandwich which was released in August of this year. After conquering legendary venues across the country, spending countless hours together writing music, and a long journey to get where they are right now, we hope their next stop is being played as loud as possible through your speakers.
