Asheville-based singer-songwriter Joe Hooten, originally from Macon, Georgia, leads Tin Roof Echo—a project rooted in introspective songwriting, melodic grit, and a DIY spirit. Since his 2014 debut The Original Plan, he’s released seven albums blending indie rock and alt-country with a raw, lived-in feel.

His latest release, Flowers Falling, was recorded with producer Kevin Boggs and mastered by John Keane (R.E.M., Indigo Girls), featuring members of Steep Canyon Rangers and Drive-By Truckers. The result is a warm, country-leaning record with understated punch.

Hooten has played everything from festivals like Enofest and Finsterfest to venues like the Grey Eagle and the Orange Peel, sharing bills with Scott Miller, Kenny Roby, Freedy Johnston, David Childers, Pylon Reenactment Society, Agent Orange, and Soul Asylum.

Jade Moore is a powerhouse singer-songwriter from the Charlotte area whose music carries the pulse of Appalachian rhythm and roots straight to the soul. Drawing deep from the soil of the Carolinas, her sound is shaped by blues, jazz, bluegrass, and Americana, braided together with stories pulled from her own past and the wider universe that surrounds her songwriting.

With over a decade of full-time performance experience, Jade commands the stage with a voice that feels both timeworn and electric. There’s a fire in her delivery and a reverence for tradition in her phrasing. Each song ignites something familiar, a reminder of front-porch harmonies, winding back roads, and the resilient spirit of the region she calls home.

Her live performances are immersive and dynamic, blending genre-spanning favorites with striking original material that is rich in emotion, raw honesty, and rhythmic drive. Whether she’s leaning into deep Southern soul, slipping into sultry jazz tones, or delivering heartfelt Americana ballads, Jade creates moments that linger long after the last note fades.

Rooted in Appalachia yet reaching far beyond it, Jade Moore’s music sparks connection, stirs memory, and invites listeners to feel the rhythm of the land, the story of the song, and the truth in every lyric.
